Reports

Helios has almost all the reports that you would use, from credential monitoring to NCLB letters and mailing labels to staffing rosters. Why almost? Because laws and requirements change constantly and we always keep coming up with new reports to meet your needs. Or we create a custom report for you based on the specific needs of your District.

The reports are listed in an alphabetic order. Select a report from the list and then click View Report button to preview the report.

Report Toolbar

• The page navigators on the left allow you to navigate one page at a time or go to the first or last page using the arrow buttons.
• Zoom in and out using the zoom in drop down
• To find something in the report, type the text in the box and click Find.
• The most useful feature of this Toolbar is export. It allows exporting to PDF or Excel.
• Refresh button on the far right refreshes the report for any fresh data.

All these reports reflect real-time data from the system.
