Academy Institute in Pomona, CA. The ACSA Personnel Academy saw over 400 participants
from school districts spanning Southern California and is attended by school leaders,
principals, aspiring administrators, HR directors, and superintendents.
One of the organizers Donna Eghbal was pleased with the turnout and with the conference,
which is a breeding ground for grooming aspiring HR administrators and a platform
for exchange of ideas in HR and personnel issues.
